Hi everyone, I've been trying not to bug you, I know you probably get way too many emails as it is and I didn't want to add onto the pile until we had something solid to say and now we do.
FOULBROOD 1 and 2 are FULLY FUNDED and we couldn't have done it without you, so thank you for believing in the book or us or a combination of the two. We can't wait to show you these issues.
The campaign is still going for another 3 days, so any funds we raise above our goal are going to go right into production of issue 3, which Claire has just finished layouts for, so we're moving ahead at full steam, and a lot of that is due to the enthusiasm of people backing us and hitting this goal.
I'll be in touch when the campaign completely wraps. Right now I'm working on polishing up these two issues and getting them ready to send to the printer as well as some of the digital stuff that you'll be getting (if you backed at a level to get digital stuff)
Once again, thank you for backing us, for spreading the word, for saying nice things. Making comics can be a lonely affair sometimes, so it's nice to get direct contact with people who are into stuff like bees, crime and bee crimes.

Hi everyone, Christopher Sebela here, and firstly I just wanted to say thanks for joining us on this ride right out of the gate. I know there's a lot of options out there for you and your crowdfunding budget and we're stupid happy that you picked us and were there with us for the first nerve-wracking day of our campaign.
We're almost at the 50% mark, which is doing wonders for my ability to relax, and we've just started in on working on issue 3. The script is done and off to Claire, so we're moving ahead on the future of the book, and a lot of that is due to this huge vote of confidence from y'all. I mean, we'd make it no matter what, but Day 1 has definitely put some pep in our steps.
So, wrapping up, I wanted to just say hello and make nice and also to ask, if anyone has any ideas of stuff they'd want to see included in the campaign as far as add-ons or bonuses, I am listening. There's only so many ideas my brain can have and I'd love to hear yours if you have any wishlists of stuff. We're crowdfunding the book, so we're definitely up to crowdfund some ideas about the book.
